I lived in a flat of Rental Homes and I had no worries. The accommodation and support is great.

I want to live in a place with a balance between spending time together and having your own privacy. Therefore, the concept of this Citadellaan co-living house really speaks to me. The location is also ideal.

This studio is very well located. There are some lovely parks in the vicinity, as well as shops and a supermarket nearby. The area is quiet, which I really appreciate as I can work without being disturbed by the surrounding noise.
As for the interior, I find this studio very charming. The kitchen is very well equipped (utensils, pans, chopping boards, kettle, etc.) and there’s plenty of space to cook. However, there is no dishwasher, but I don’t consider this to be a major problem. The bathroom is very nice and functional. I also like the fact that there’s plenty of storage space in both the bathroom and the living area. The bed is very comfortable and I sleep very well in it. As for the terrace, it has a lovely view, you can hear the birds and I’m sure I’ll be spending a lot of time there once the weather warms up.
It’s a beautiful, bright studio apartment that I’d highly recommend if you’re on your own and looking for a cosy little nest.

Living in this apartment has really changed our life comfort. We have amazing neighbours and live in a beautiful place!

The studio is newly built and exceptionally tidy and clean on arrival.
Being located on the top floor ensures excellent ventilation, and the terrace offers a fantastic view.
If I ever stay in Ghent again, I’ll definitely contact the team at Rental Homes first.
My stay was so satisfying since the studio was well-equipped.
